"Xiran" at the front was very helpful and provided for our reasonable housekeeping requests . She helped make this hotel worthy of repeat visits when we ever come back. This hotel is convenient next to Rik, Concertgebow and train and bus lines. Big thank you to her and Amsterdam.
It is the facility; it is smaller than an American hotel; too small sink, the shower floor could be leveled to where the water could flow to drain, and steep stairs. No ac here but fans helped. Our team made it work.

It was a great location and was near lots of shops and parks. Loved the included mini fridge very convenient to keep breakfasts in there
The staircases were very narrow and steep but that’s expected in Amsterdam. The shower was quite wet and hard to keep your clothes dry

Location
In our private bathroom there was a shower without a cabin so every time we used it, the floor was flooded
