Good location, right outside the tram stop or a 20 minute walk into the centre. Ideal place to stay for our weekend away.

The room was just what we needed. We each had a clean towel that was changed everyday, and everything was fine.
The staff is really nice and helpful.
The walls are thin as paper and the doors get stuck and are really hard to push/pull.
Some of the pillows were terrible and some were okay.

I really liked the location for the property and the option to have house cleaning daily.
Room presented afterwords was clean but basic.
Heat worked well once it was turned on.
The stairs! They are steep and small, not good for carrying heavy luggage up and down.
Walls are paper thin (yes, you hear EVERYTHING)
No on-site options for snacks, coffee/tea etc.
