Calista delivered exactly what you’d expect from a great all-inclusive resort. Everyone was very nice, and although a hotel this size naturally feels less personal, they even followed up on WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well.
We chose this kind of vacation for our 3-year-old, and she loved every minute, especially the Cali Kids Club with activities from kite flying to mask making, plus the evening theater.
Resort vacations aren’t really my thing, but honestly, I can’t think of anything Calista could have done better.
I had a few nuances, but I told customer relations on whatsapp and it was all fixed from that point.

The place had everything and the staff were very kind and helpful. Specially the Spa staff I would like to mention the names
