Good kids facilities and the kids club staff were nice
I understand it was very hot and it must be a difficult job for house keeping in the heat but the room was not cleaned very well and bathroom surfaces were not cleaned, In addition, there was a clearly stained pillow cases out on the bedding which I flagged to reception to change. (I attach photos)
-I had ordered a neck support pillow that never arrived.
-There was also a tear in one of the beddings.
-There were also no robes in the room although it was advertised as having robes.
-I found the man in the arcade abrupt and rude, he told off my 3.5 year old son for being 'too aggressive' and that he is ‘too old ' for the train ride which we paid for as we bought 3 coins for 5 euros. The actual kids club staff were nice though!

Generally, the personal was helpful and kind. In the only sunny day, the beach and the sand was great
The weather was awful at the end of the season. It was raining 4 days our of 6-night stay. So we actually had only 1 sunny day at the beach. I know this isn't hotel personnel fault, but the overall experience was poor. There is no enough entertaining facility in the hotel. The kid was bored and annoying. So as parents, we didn't have the greatest time. On top to that, couple specific complaints: 1) the food in the buffet is getting simpler and less exiting, comparing to our previous 2 stays. No those deliughtful deserts as we expected 2) the transfer from the hotel to the airport was not comfortable at all. We booked transfer at reception, it costed 60 EUR, while I could book for 40 EUR in 3rd party platforms. But driver was driving fast, with unexpected stops and starts. All the family fealt dizzy and nauseous after 30 min journey. Not good
