Reception staff were great & helpful, baggage staff were amazing with our luggage handling, size of rooms are great, food options are exceptional, great pool and beach, great drink options, good entertainment.
Great view from our room, balcony.
Spa option within balcony was good.
Over priced.
Staff at main restaurant hardly approached us to grab our drink orders, went on a few occasions to drink bar to order myself and was left waiting a few times. Drinks should be self service like the food.
Cafe staff never went around taking orders, had to go to front counter to order, and our orders never arrived on one occasion, that section is under staffed.
Cleanliness of rooms were average with extensive dust build up on our bed frames & under bed on carpet. TV language set in Russian, was hard to get it working.
Tradesmen/Electrician came into our room with no notice to fix a lamp on one occasion, after coming back from the pool.
Lazy river closed at Aqua Park.
Bathrooms were outdated and in need of repairs, at the very least grout and silicone need re-doing as it has blackened in a few sections in Shower. Hardly any water pressure in toilet, was hard to flush, need brighter lighting option in bathrooms.

It's GOOD, but far from excellent and reviews it had for years. best times gone I think.
Entertainment S'Arena and Bar - need to pick better DJ's though.
Food selection in buffet,
Kids area for slides - though couple were closed - not operational,
SPA area - spacious, though again, not everything was working,
Staff - unfortunately "some - literally some".
Room service very kind and professional.
OLD Hotel. Yes it has 5* required facilities - but rooms maintenance is far behind. We have asked several times to sort out aircon - not actioned. Fortunately (not) weather turned and got cooler.
No doors to bathroom.
Staff - most of them. Attitude.
Anything around the pool just old, used, and could be cleaned / washed too.
Sun loungers rusted in the pool, mats just filthy, especially some by sea side, Towels torn and very, very used. Nowhere near the standard claimed.
One off visit to A'la carte fish restaurant - tasteless, chewing rubber be easier then calamari couldn't risk to go back again.
One of visit to extra paid "Steak house" - I've asked waiter for chef's recommendation - got very-well done "flipflop" steak. as above. wouldn't risk it again.
Hotel pharmacy extremely overpriced.
Additional services like SPA well overpriced, not worth it.

The Events at night was good comparing to the other hotel with the same location, stars and price.
There was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which may have come from the carpet. Also, due to the age of the property, some of the power outlets were not working, and the toilet flush occasionally malfunctioned. The place really needs some major maintenance.

The entertainment started too late ie 9.30pm or 10.00pm
Very little children's activities through the day.
The lifts were too small and not enough of them.
The food was OK, but repetitive.
Bottled drinks like beer and wine were not chilled.
