It had everything we needed. Plus, the added breakfast was very good for the value
Instead of writing a bad note, I want to highlight Tomas attitude at the reception: after explaining to him that I had an issue with the drainage in the shower, he quickly offered another room. Great customer service!
Finally, I wanted to mention that the quality of the food at the buffet is not on par with the rest of the service. Maybe that could be improved, because it pushes guests to go to other restaurants in the area. If the food was greater, we wouldn’t have doubted to eat there every time.

Staff is top notch. Paulo, Rita, Tomasso, Annika, Fillipo, Katarina,, Roberto. They are really masters of the industry. From reception to the bar to the entertainment to the dining experience everyone was more than willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. The pool is fantastic. We have been coming to Ceasars palace for 10 years now.
