comfy beds, friendly staff! particularly two who worked the sunday morning shift wish i got there names! they were so helpful! nice water pressure in shower
absolutely horrible check in/check out procedure. what has the world come to these days with computer check ins and codes for doors that don’t work? I got given a code and it never worked on front door. Only the other two and it was extremely inconvenient. Other then that, a lot better then i expected

The hostel is well located, just a 5 minute walk from Copenhagen's main train station and a short walk from the city center. The bathroom facilities were modern and well maintained. The staff also seemed to be friendly and helpful.
The hostel uses a series of keypads and unique pass-codes to ensure the building and rooms are only accessible to guests. The keypads malfunctioned multiple times during my stay. They were also impractical if you had luggage with you.
The following things did not bother me per se, but might be important for anyone considering to stay at this hostel: My room was very dated, but functional. The reception is literally a bar, and the hostel is located in a square with multiple other bars and restaurants, so be prepared for plenty of through traffic and noise from both inside and outside the hostel.

Good for the price, convinient location an extremely friendly staff!
Nice vegan cafe across the street.
The noise: Soundproofing is not good at all. The hostel bar did not bother me, because I knew about and was prepared mentally. But I was not prepared to the nearby church bells going on every 30 minutes until midnight. Also on the square across the hostel was a drunken crowd that kept yelling until 5am. This is of course not the hostels fault in any way but I guess that this is pretty common considering the location.

Location, and possibly to have a private room with toilet. Staff was kind.
Bathroom is way too small. Very noise during the night even if I had the window closed. I didn't stay in a double bedroom room because they said they had a problem so I was in a twin room.
