Room was compact but clean. Enjoyed the overall stay. Were told we couldn't check out at 2am when we had to leave for our flight which was a little odd considering how many airlines use the hotel. Overall 10/10 would definitely use again during our next visit to Copenhagen. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff were friendly, hotel and room was clean, and the breakfast was great. We did not use the gym or wellness area so can’t comment on that, but it was well placed by the canal with an easy walk into the city centre.

The two things that stood out to me were the helpful and friendly people at the front desk and how clean the rooms were. It was also in a convenient location about 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station, restaurants, Tivoli and many other places to visit.
