Location and personnel at the reception
The breakfast was poor. I had to ask for fresh bread. The eggs were cold.
The juice was like colores water.
The quality is not what one would expect. I ammsure a lot of people will look at other hotels just for this reason. A pitty because I stayed many time in this hotel and never had seen this.

cafe da manha foi 'medio' mas o ovo mexido estava gelado, demoravam para repor e até o café da garrafa termica estava frio (isso pq tinham acabado de repor a garrafa).
no quarto, a manutenção não foi boa, rodapes caindo (ou já descolados), não limparam e arrumaram a cama, quando voltamos no final do dia, só haviam trocado as toalhas. Banheiro com rejuntos soltos. sem secador.
