Lovely staff, friendly, helpful. Comfortable bed, separate bedroom for party of 4

Nice looking front. Good location to beach
No fitted sheet on the bed and ill fitting sheets so that you ended up sleeping on a bear mattress. Safety deposit box didn’t work no kettle or iron in the room. Was fairly rundown. The bikes that they hired out the chain kept coming off every five minutes, which was very annoying.

Location was great and design of building is beautiful. Nice views.
Beach club for chairs and umbrellas.
Front desk staff was helpful.
Kids area was nice to have.
Breakfast food was included and fine, but a cattle call with a ton of people.
Very plain all white room, kind of odd for "design" hotel.
Price was high due to being Jan 2.
Lobby had zero vibe and sushi restaurant is literally in the lobby, felt like an airport lounge.
Very small pool that is insanely crowded with people of all ages.
Not enough seating on rooftop.
They do a great job of making it look so stunning in the pics.
VERY long lines at front desk, staff was very kind to prioritize us since we had a baby.

Clean, close to the beach, modern property
The staff don’t seem to be informed about LGBT guests. Front desk seemed surprised that I didn’t have a wife and giggled when my husband showed up. The bellman seems puzzled when he got to my room and seemed to think we need two beds and not one. I was surprised.
