The service and care from Ana and the team at reception was fantastic. In a time of very high stress for me, they were so helpful when I needed extra tasks like printing done. It was the reason I extended my stay there. The breakfast was delicious too
Hair dryer didn’t work and the replacement provided wasn’t very powerful either

Location….fine for us, quite close to the metro….great views of the fireworks and Chinese lanterns on St John’s festival
Room…comfortable …. Loved the Rituals products in the bathroom
Breakfast…. Simple but all very nice and plenty of it. We had a day trip one of the days and they kindly made us up a takeaway as we had an early start
Location….At the top of a steep hill which might be a problem for some

Very good location. Easy access to the train station and metro.
Nice and helpful staff
Noisy air conditioning in the room.
Clean room, but walls had stains on.
Poor quality of breakfast and bad coffee.
