Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en el hotel, con el fin de tomar nuestro vuelo temprano, en realidad no hemos tenido tiempo de disfrutar el hotel, hay cosas que nos agradan y cosas que no, como por ejemplo los alrededores del hotel nos parecen peligrosos, pero bueno no salimos y ya esta

En principio me gustó la ubicación, por la facilidad de llegar con mi familia.

Hice una reservación para una estancia a finales de octubre desde inicios de junio con todos mis datos incluidos los de la tarjeta a través del portal de booking, avisé que iba a llegar tarde porque iba de lejos y justo ese día me cancelaron argumentando que no dejé ninguna tarjeta en garantía cuando ya a medio día la habían pasado(tengo foto), me comuniqué al hotel con Daniela M y Samuel, les expliqué que iba con niños pequeños y de todas formas no me regresaron la habitación ni me dieron ninguna opción, pésimo servicio, frustrante, cero confiables.

- Nice hotel with very attentive staff, good for 1-2 nights - free drink at arrival - late checkout + breakfast/dinner available for around 45 USD - although right next to the airport, you did not hear that many planes - I liked the pool area

- very expensive restaurant (e.g. 4,5 USD for a coke) - hotel and rooms a bit worn down - value for money

Excelente el traslado al aeropuerto Excelente ubicacion para viajeros que utilizaran el aeropuerto habitacion comoda y espaciosa El restaurante se veia muy bien pero no tuvimos oportunidad de usarlo

El check-in terrible, nos tardaron hora y media en darnos entrada. Aunque el personal fue muy amable e hacian lo que podían , estaban sobrepasados en la demanda se necesita tener mucho mas personal en el check-in

Location close to airport with free shuttle available

Very old looking, bed and pillows uncomfortable and hard. The restaurant was the worst, ordered a very simple pasta with butter and a chicken soup. The pasta was dry, looked old, was cold and the cheese was from already grated supermarket. The broth of the chicken soup was extremely salty, probably just a melted broth cube.

Very close to the airport so very convenient if flying out of town with a short transit in CDMX. Restaurant on site.

Food is quite pricey in the restaurant. While the airport shuttle is very convenient, make sure to be there early depending on your flight time plus know that people will not wait in line but just jump ahead of you so even if you are the first one there, you may have to wait for another shuttle- this happened to us and the staff don’t really say anything. Luckily the next shuttle came within 10 minutes and we had plenty of time for our flight, but it is still upsetting when you have been patiently waiting and are there on time for something like this to happen.

Bien que proche de l'aéroport il faut compter 20 bonnes minutes de marche + passage de pont ... très difficile avec des valises. Le buffet est un peu cher

La ubicación y el transporte del/al aeropuertos es muy conveniente. Las instalaciones son excelentes, super amplias y cómodas. El personal atento y la habitación con diversos implementos buenos. Me da pena que por nuestra conexión no hayamos podido quedarnos más tiempo.

None of it, the hotel is run down, dark, grotty, the room was awful the only thing passable was the bed. Noisy, they gave me an adjoining room arriving at 1am? And the charge of over $200 for one night? This is not worth even half that. Awful.

Tried to check in at 3 but told room wasn’t ready & waited 45 more minutes. TV stations extremely grainy, bed & pillows very hard. Towels were located in the shower above shower head. Some staff were rude & standoffish.

What I didn't like was all the extra costs I will never use your company again ..that's the 3 time you have screwed me
