The place is clean, comfy and easy to reach from the university, close to public transportation. Staff was helpful, breakfast more than great and sufficient, a pleasant stay after-all.
Some of the staff could pay more attention when speaking in Portuguese referring to clients as some of us do understand the language :)

Large and free parking, next to the metro. The size of the room was ok. The sheets and towels were clean.
The air condition didn't work in room 216, there were 28C after venting at maximum all night. Also very noisy. The window opens just a bit, so we couldn't cool the room We announced at the reception the next morning, they said they would repair or move us. They moved us to room 215. The air condition worked here, but there was mould in the bathroom, the room hadn't been vacuumed in a while, the armchair and the carpet were stained.
The room has no minibar.
Next time I visit Porto, I will definitely choose another hotel, cheaper, with minibar and proper air condition.
