Loved the exceptionally friendly staff, excellent food and the laid back vibe of the hotel. Room was great and a lovely balcony and view. Only 20mins walk from the waterfront and 15mins from the cathedral

Beautiful room with a balcony on the top floor. I loved the sheets- they were absolutely lux and comfortable ! A safe hotel with a lot of things happening nearby- restaurants and cafes, the main tourist street, the blue church and a great Fado show.
Property was very nice. Language made communication with the staff a little clunky. Not the most friendliest . Breakfast was ok

Small boutique hotel in the old part of the city with a garden was the immediate attraction
Breakfast was poor…small choices on offer & quite often had to ask for what was there to be replenished. The only coffee choice was a small espresso machine & even trying to have a tea we had to ask for the more hot water.
Generally everything else was ok apart from twice having to have new key cards for our room as we were unable to gain access. Also on one occasion a new guest couple were given a key to our room & entered our room whilst thank goodness we were in the room.
