Booked a room last minute due to another apartment having to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff were so accommodating including ensuring all facilities for our baby were set up including a cot, calming music, baby bath and toys! Hotel room was modern and very clean.
Breakfast was also very fresh and delicious.

We stayed at Canto de Luz with our two children and had the most wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and so accommodating with the children, which made us feel completely at home.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the little pool was perfect for cooling off after exploring Porto. The whole hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated, it really feels like a hidden oasis in the city.
We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

The staff were great and the location for the city centre was good. The breakfasts were just right for the type of stay.
The room was well equipped and nicely appointed with loads of light.
Unfortunately there was a serious mishap at check in which would have meant we were locked out of the hotel until the following morning.
The emergency contact number did not work as it should have.
