Beautiful hotel very central very near train station staff very friendly and helpful
Only thing was the lifts were very long waits at breakfast time

The shower pressure was great and the location was excellent.
When asking for hot water was scolded and told to use the coffee machine from the front desk. Had to ask repeatedly for hand towels after house cleaning left. House cleaning left the tea cups and brownie/ice cream in the room on separate occasions.
