I had requested a very quiet room and that's what I received PLUS a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient...even recognized my birthday in the nicest way. The bed and linens were very comfortable, robes, slippers, and all toiletries (except hair conditionerš¬) were provided as well as coffee and tea service, plenty of storage, a large safe and a refrigerator.

Clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
So odd practices, eg. The in room tea/coffee tray is only filled up on the day of arrival??? The buffet breakfast has a very poor selection of items.
