The room was great and the food was generally very good. Breakfast was enjoyable, although finding a table was often a bit of a bun fight, and dinner was much the same in that respect. The à la carte restaurants were good, especially La Sante, which was a real highlight.
The number of people congregating around the heated pool was frustrating, particularly with people leaving their belongings scattered around and taking up space. The Hayat restaurant also felt far too crowded at mealtimes, which made finding a table quite stressful and took away from what was otherwise a lovely dining experience.

Generally good vibes and lovely clean surroundings.
Beds- uncomfortable.
Workshops were all fully booked till after the end of our stay! we were unable to reserve anything :-(

The staff welcoming us, they are very professional and courteous, the cleanliness is top, the food is great. The facilities are superb. The beach is exceptional! Everything was just perfect.

Children’s club
Overall place wasn’t that clean, food was seriously disappointing. Staff weren’t great at customer service. Not very friendly or helpful. We ended up leaving and booking somewhere else for the rest of our week. Don’t feel like the food on the resort matched the price we were paying. Buffet , loads of options but most wasn’t edible, and most of it was Luke warm and not very nice.
