We really liked the pools, the water park, the restaurants, and the beautiful surroundings. The food was good, and the Ultra All Inclusive service was also at a good standard. The beach was nice as well.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely unpleasant.
Many of the foreign staff members did not speak Turkish and did not speak English either. They were not helpful, and many of them looked unhappy and annoyed, as if they were frustrated about having chosen this job.
One of the great things about tourism in Turkey is the incredible service and genuinely friendly, smiling staff. Unfortunately, this time we did not experience that level of service from the foreign employees.
The service was extremely unpleasant and was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay. This is the main reason why we will not return to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, with so much things to do with the kids , loved the private beach and everything about this hotel.
It’s a clean hotel overall, but they could do a bit better.

Food was excellent and plenty. Many activities with playstation open without extra money. Even if you were late to a meal the extra restaurant was open and highly recommended.
Nothing 🤗🤗 thankful to the kindly staff and everything was close to each other no need for so many walks if you have children

The location, facilities
I arrived at 2:00 the room wasn’t ready claiming that the available room is small for us and after one hours they offer me a two bedrooms in the building yet for additional cost!! When i complaint they said you booked through booking (as if it’s not their problem) they said the only available room is this if you didn’t like we don’t have any other option
Knowing that with the amount i am paying i could find a better place if i knew that this what i will get!!
Since i am coming from a different country with two kids i had to accept the small garden room!
