Everything was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It exceeded our expectations!

Especially the customer assistants were great. They given perfect aslst. They were together with us continuously. Especially, Mr. Yunus ,Ms.Aycan and Ms. Gecem efforts were wonderful.

We stayed in the Lagoon area and absolutely loved it. The Lagoon pool was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. We enjoyed the Lagoon restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Another big advantage was the separate beach area and private terrace for Lagoon guests, which made the experience feel much more comfortable and exclusive. For us, the Lagoon area was definitely the best part of the resort.
We were not as impressed with the main hotel. It felt much busier and the overall atmosphere was not at the same level as the Lagoon area. The water park was also very small, especially for a family resort, and we expected more slides and activities for children. Overall, we definitely preferred spending our time in the Lagoon area.

I’ll separate the facilities from the staff, who were nothing but kind and helpful throughout. The food is genuinely good too. If you like to eat and drink there’s plenty of variety, the buffet standard is high, and the WhatsApp group they set up for your room is a terrific way to handle requests. Always responsive.
The reality is a resort that’s creaking. Everything looks about 30 years old and hanging on, from the wallpaper to the beach towels. It presents itself as lavish and grand but it’s tawdry. Bulbs out here and there giving the place a dingy feel, and a sad, seemingly abandoned gym where the running machine sounds like it has sand in the gears.
The taxi situation was the low point. You can’t get an Uber from the resort, and drivers were too nervous to collect us even outside the gates. We ended up walking a mile up the road with our cases, followed the whole way by two men in a cab who stopped whenever we stopped, clearly to intimidate any other taxi who would take the Uber fare. Our booked Uber driver kept asking if we were still being tailed as he could see what was happening. The quote from the on-site taxi resort desk for the airport was 80 euros cash. Uber, under 30. Make of that what you will. But the resort were well aware of this extortion racket.
