We stayed seven nights at the end of October as a family of three (two adults and our nine-year-old) in a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themed room on the top floor of the Nickelodeon Hotel, the newer of the two hotels on the resort. The room was large, spotless and a huge hit with our daughter. The minibar was restocked every day at no extra charge.
The whole hotel is immaculate and clearly well maintained. Staff across the resort were courteous and quick to help, at reception, in the restaurants and on the rides. The compound feels like a luxury resort rather than a theme park with rooms attached.
We had the all-inclusive package with three buffet meals a day. The spread was wide and mostly Turkish, the quality held up for the full week and there was a lot for vegans. The dessert section deserves a mention of its own.
The resort keeps investing. The aqua park has a big new slide tower with slides that drop the equivalent of twelve floors. On the dry side we rode the 62-metre Hyper Coaster, one of the tallest in Turkey, and the Typhoon Coaster, which climbs 43 metres before plunging into water. There are plenty of gentler rides for younger children, a 4D cinema and gaming areas. The kids clubs run crafts, painting, ceramics and a woodshop. My wife and I used the gym twice (we should have gone more often, given the buffets) and there is a spa right next door.
The price for three people for seven nights was unbeatable for what you get. Real value for money.
Very little. The weather turned on us for the last couple of days at the very end of October, which is nobody’s fault but worth factoring in if you go late in the season. The extras are expensive. The dolphin swim, the photo and video packages, massages and the a la carte restaurants around the resort all add up quickly if you say yes to everything. Neither stopped us having a superb week.

The hotel is very large, beautiful, and well-designed, with excellent facilities, a wide range of services, and plenty of activities for families and children.
Most of the activities are water-based, so October is not the ideal time to enjoy them. I would recommend visiting between May and the end of August. The overall price is also quite high, especially as some games, restaurants, and activities require additional payment. Dining options outside the three scheduled meals are very limited, with mainly drinks available at the bars. The external shopping area is also very expensive. Our room refrigerator was not working for two days, and the compensation offered was only a one-hour late check-out.

Gamze’s service was good to help with the issues I faced through my stay.
Would NOT recommend. Not accommodating at all. Really poor service. Gave us single beds instead of King bed and their solution was to push the beds together. Had a churping sound in the room. Forgot the cot.
Eventually changed our room and had a roll out bed for my child instead of the advertised sofa beds. We ordered and it came uncooked. Sent it back and by the time we had it replaced, everyone was asleep so sent half back. The AC had a ticking sound all night and because they couldnt identify the issue, we had to keep the room for 2 days until changed again.
Missed 2 days of minibar refill just because I didnt utilise the other drinks. I clearly wanted coke zero if they were the only missing ones.
Really poor service and not even a fraction of what Kingdom delivered 2 years ago. Room cleanliness was terrible and package is pretty poor. Hope Kingdoms not dropped in service.
