❤️ The thing I enjoyed most about the hotel was the presence of the fun and beloved Nickelodeon characters for the children. Seeing the characters, meeting them, and interacting with them brought so much excitement and happiness to our kids. It created truly magical moments for them and made our family experience even more special and unforgettable.
⚠️ Our main disappointment:
Although the kids’ play area is excellent and very enjoyable, we were surprised that there is no café or dedicated place for snacks, ice cream, and drinks within the play area.
For a family resort designed especially for children, we believe this is a significant missing facility. Children spend many hours playing and naturally need snacks, ice cream, or drinks without having to leave the play area.
We strongly recommend that the hotel consider adding a café or dedicated snack and ice-cream area inside the play zone. This would make the experience much more comfortable and complete for families.

Facilities, helpful and welcoming staff. Possibility to go in the afternoon to Rixos Hotel and experience their beach and facilities is a great advantage too.

Gamze’s service was good to help with the issues I faced through my stay.
Would NOT recommend. Not accommodating at all. Really poor service. Gave us single beds instead of King bed and their solution was to push the beds together. Had a churping sound in the room. Forgot the cot.
Eventually changed our room and had a roll out bed for my child instead of the advertised sofa beds. We ordered and it came uncooked. Sent it back and by the time we had it replaced, everyone was asleep so sent half back. The AC had a ticking sound all night and because they couldnt identify the issue, we had to keep the room for 2 days until changed again.
Missed 2 days of minibar refill just because I didnt utilise the other drinks. I clearly wanted coke zero if they were the only missing ones.
Really poor service and not even a fraction of what Kingdom delivered 2 years ago. Room cleanliness was terrible and package is pretty poor. Hope Kingdoms not dropped in service.
