Everything was on an extraordinary level, thank you voyage for everything

The hotel has a great ambience, surrounded by beautfiul trees which makes it feel like a jungle. The food selection is rich, great choices for vegans as well. The events and activities are great, I especially enjoyed the sound healing event in the morning. Kind and helpful staff. Loved the style and the details of the property. We enjoyed our stay!
The beach snack bar was sometimes a bit chaotic, it took time to get our orders and there were some issues with the communication. I believe this could be improved.

Just about everything! Full service to include all inclusive bar & snack services either from your place at the beach or hotel room! Extremely friendly personnel & very good food offered in the all their dining facilities!
2 things were somewhat frustrating: 1. The back door to our terrace by the pool always got stuck once locked! It took playing around with the lock switches several minutes to open. 2. The sink stand in the upper floor bathroom is on 4 legs that are dangerously positioned, I seriously damaged my small toe while using that facility in the middle of the night!
