We were second time in this hotel and are planning to come again next year. Very attentive personnel. Very good food. All very clean. Nice views from the balcony. Lots of different activities, from sport to entertainment (also for kids). Different bars open practically the whole day. Shops downstairs. On a rainy day we used spa and it was pleasant and professional. In the end of October the beach was not full, we had no problem to find a place and enjoyed the sea full-scale.
With still very warm weather outside, the airconditioners in the main building were already switched off. It was too warm to sleep, even with the balcony door open, and I was on the sunny side. It happenned only this year (last year it was perfectly working), we hope for the best next year.

Lovely staff, the pool and sea area was nice. Lots going on. Amazing spa which was excellent value for money.
That the air conditioning was turned off. The rooms were too hot

The level service, location and amenities were exceptional
The staff was generally excellent but perhaps they could improve somewhat at the reception, we called once to ask for another duvet and it took a very long time and 3 calls before we got it.
