overall the stay at Port nature was very enjoyable. the one bad mark was the comfort of the beds they are way too hard

The staff were great, there was entertainment all the time so you will never get bored, and there is free food when you want you will never feel hungry.The hotel crew speaks more Russian than English but there English is not bad I have no problems communicating with them.
They have seafront so you can walk beside the sea,there’s a lot of sports activities but there are liars possible playing with you at the price, the buffet was wonderful my Mom suffer from allergies gluten and they make every day special meals for her and if she didn’t eat it they ask and care about her if she want anything else or if she want special meal they make sure and ask if she likes the food and I would like to thank Chef hassan for taking care of my mom ,the pools were very clean, The staff were really entertained, I would give them ten stars and i think they deserve more ,and the internet service is good but not great, see u next holiday port nature💚💚

Очень твердые подушки, шторы пропускают свет. По запросу установили блекаут-шторы и дали ортопедические подушки.
Территория отеля снаружи симпатичная.
Проходят концерты известных русских исполнителей.
В отеле только русские, персонал почти не говорит по-английски и вообще не говорит по-немецки.
Соотношение цена-качество: сервис оставляет желать лучшего, маленький выбор еды в ресторанах а-ля карт.
Это мой первый опыт турецкого all inclusive, но за эти деньги в Европе можно получить в разы лучше номер, качество ремонта и сервиса.
Звукоизоляция в номере отсутствует: напротив нашего номера находился еще один отель, сцена и парк аттракционов были прямо перед нами. Даже с закрытым балконом слышимость как с открытым. Раньше часа ночи дискотеки и развлекательные программы не заканчиваются. Переселить в другой номер не факт что получится, смотрят по свободным номерам.
Часть номеров с обновленным ремонтом, часть старые, как повезет.
