Comfortable stay

Location is good. Room size is okay. Beds are comfortable.

Small & outdated washroom. No shower cubicle. Old hotel needs renovation

Really enjoyed the location and friendly staff

Location was excellent. Room was clean too. Service staff were prompt and attentive. Check-in was smooth

still very good since location is very near to almost all

an early check in is not allowed, came from the Philippines and had a very early flight and arrival time is quite early. arrived at around 11:00 but there are no rooms available.

Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile HK

Location, location, location...close to Star Ferry terminal, eating places, shops, public transport. Room bigger than most in HK...good value for money for family configuration room compared to others in the vicinity. Daily cleaning, very little intrusion by staff. We thought it excellent. Lived up to its chain standards.

Excellent location, near all shopping centers and public transport. Good helpful staff. Unlimited drinking water supplies free of charge. All staff present attitude and helpful.

Amazing location , metro is throwaway distance, suitable for family stay

The property is located just near the metro N5 station and also located at the prime location of TST area

The morning breakfast doesn’t have a wider options especially called out as international buffet but majority is Chinese , can definitely improve on the breakfast

Great location

Inconsistent along three staffs. One said unable to provide early breakfast and two said will prepare us breakfast bento set. And no water supply in some rooms if you wish to early check in. The hotel is quite outdated.

I would recommend this property to all travellers.. will definitely book it again if I visit Hong Kong again.

Location is very apt.. everything is close by. Food during breakfast spread was really nice.

Room services were quite delayed.. they provided small water bottles which results in higher plastic wastage and quantity is also not enough. My room view was also bad as it was pink t towards back of other apartments

Great location, Friendly staff, 4th floor needs major renovation.

Great location, Reservation staff and housekeeping are very supportive and friendly.

4th floor seriously needs renovation. The mattress is sloppy and has a huge dip in the middle that makes you slide into the middle mainly because of prolonged use.

Good location but a bit expensive.

The location was excellent within close distance to the MTR, shops and the harbour. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was okay.

The bad smell in the rooms and the corridors in the hotel. The room, pillows and bathroom size was average.

Stay was reasonably comfortable.

Location and room size was good. Can comfortably accommodate 2A and 2C. Check in was fast.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Always beef porridge and fried noodles and rice for the 5 days. Room was aged. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Can hear noise from the streets and from the corridor.
