Its my home in Hk for so many years and the concierge service is great ! The WhatsApp communication is working well and they take care of everything, receiving package, making bookings for me and store luggage. Super service. Room is great, location is great.
The kettle is plastic and so cheap and does not work properly

Brilliant hotel in a fantastic location. Close to train station and other attractions. Quiet rooms and the staff were fantastic to deal with.

Breakfast average and in a very small room for a large 5 star hotel.
Rooms dated, needs a refurb
Expensive (black coffee £9 in a paper cup) and charged a 13% service charge on top of booking.com price which wasn’t advertised.
