Amazing service from all of the staff, beautiful elegant hotel, spotlessly clean. Liked the Palm Court bar, had tea and cakes there plus many evening drinks, fantastic location next to East TST MTR station and few minutes walk to Star Ferry terminal and harbour front.

A little pricey in the bar but to be expected on a 5 star hotel in an amazing location in HK

the location, staff and the hotel is classy. Unfortunately, for a nice executive room the big disappointment was the hotel has NO BIDET.

my toilet has no bidet which a very big disappointment .

Pool, staff were friendly

Breakfast average and in a very small room for a large 5 star hotel. Rooms dated, needs a refurb Expensive (black coffee £9 in a paper cup) and charged a 13% service charge on top of booking.com price which wasn’t advertised.
