Very good hotel in Hong Kong near Kowloon Park with easy access to all of Hong Kong

The location of the hotel was very good in the heart of Kowloon and close to subway. The staff were excellent...very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good with a good selection from a small hotel. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy.

The hotel is dated and the decorating is a bit strange, but this did not interfere with my stay.

Room for improvement

Great location! Rooms were a decent size. Breakfast was adequate but very repetitive.

Found the staff quite stand offish. The breakfast room male staff were abrupt and unfriendly. Stayed for 6 nights and was not made to feel welcome. No offers of coffee and eggs are made to order. My eggs did not arrive on the first day. I was too exhausted with jet lag to follow up, ate the rest of my brekkie and left. Very slow service on other days. I was also unhappy about the 1000hkd deposit demanded at check in. Receptionist wanted to ‘hold my credit card’ as security and had quite a bad attitude about it. Not handled very nicely and not the welcome I appreciated after an exhausting long haul flight.

Une belle expérience au cœur de Hanoï

Le personnel était vraiment gentil et attentionné. Les prix étaient très raisonnables pour une belle petite chambre confortable. Le déjeuner était bien et il était facile de se déplacer dans la ville depuis l’hôtel.

Le balcon était vraiment trop petit. Je ne recommande pas de payer plus pour le balcon. Mon amie aussi a été embêtée un peu le matin car sa chambre était en face d’une école qui faisait beaucoup de bruit aux alentours de 6h30/7h

Adequate for my requirements. Hotel catered for mainly workers, not visitors.

Hotel close to the Port which I was visiting. Bathroom was modern and large. A 7-11 convenience store was close by - thankfully.

Room was not the cleanest. English was poor at reception. Bedrooms have 2 beds which took up most of the room. One bench had 2 gaming consoles, wasting space. Breakfast was limited, had to buy a breakfast token at reception. No mini bar Daily service was not automatic but would be done if requested - using google translator. TV only had one English station. (BBC)

Buen Hotel y relacion calidad/ precio

Buena zona, muy centrico, desayuno estaba bien, personal muy amable, nos dejaron hacer late check out a las 14. cama y almohadas muy comodas, cambio de toallas diarias y agua gratis.

La habitacion con la ventana a la calle atras algo ruidoso ya que hay muchos bares. La habitacion olia un poco a humedad.

A quirky hotel in a lively location.

The location was great for me. Right by Kowloon park too so don't need to go far for a bit of green space. There are lots of shops of all types nearby (and for all pockets) and the hotel is located very close to the famous Nathan road. The Ocean terminal and the ferries (including the Star ferry) are within easy walking distance and there are a number of MTR stations nearby too. The staff were delightful and so helpful. I also really liked the quirky nature of the decor and its unique nature. It felt very 'authentic' and 'local' rather than another bland hotel which all look like one another. This hotel has personality in spades.

Because it is so central, it is subject to external late night noise and cars revving, horns beeping etc. Nothing the hotel can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper, it might be an issue for you. Personally, I would have liked more choice for vegans at breakfast. I could only really eat the limited selection of fresh fruit, juices and coffee. I left an item behind in my room (my own fault, I know) and despite knowing exactly where I'd left it, it was never returned to me, which was disappointing.

We had a great stay.

.The accesibilty to the areas We want to visit made our trip easy and memorable.

What I did not like is their supply of toiletries especially the body wash & shampoo but the good thing is we had enough supplies of bathroom tissue.

服務人員＆清潔人員都很親切

全體人員服務親切。這家是我想二訪的旅館.以前剛開幕時有住過，那時是房間桌檯上有送巧克力當迎賓時!很高興旅館有熬過疫情 :)

看得出來旅館多年努力維持但整體有些舊還是避免不了，冷氣溫度調不了很冷ＱＱ如果能改善＋小小裝修一下會更好！加油

그닥 럭셔리하진 않아요. 하지만 객실 공간은 컸어요!

위치는 공항버스 하차 후 순조롭게 찾을 수 있어서 좋았다. 중심지로의 드나듬도 좋았고... 조식도 그럭저럭 괜찮았음.

호불호가 갈리긴 하겠지만... 로비의 향내가 너무 역했으며 공간도 협소했고, 방에서는 습한 냄새가 많이 나 창문을 열고 싶었으나 잠김으로 열 수가 없었다. 샤워 공간의 물 빠짐이 너무 느려 발목까지 침수(?)되었고, 어매니티의 품질이 좀 부실함. 그리고 부킹닷컴의 지니어스 레벨2 회원이라 룸 업그레이드가 가능해서 요구했으나 거절 당함.

Good 2 night stay. Convenient location and breakfast included represented good value in HK.

Nice rooms, decent size, comfy and although may need updating soon qwerky furniture and decoration was good to see.

Badly positioned loo roll dispenser. Lace curtains a bit useless.

Location is very close to MTR station, restaurants and many shopping stores. All the stuffs are nice and helpful. Good stay at the heart of the city.

Location is really good. Walking distance to the train station. Plentiful eateries. Was given a very spacious room on the highest floor , so it was very quiet. Breakfast was also nice .
