The location was excellent as we were in town for the Jazz Festival. The hotel is basic, our room did not have air conditioning but it was quiet with a very comfortable bed.
All hotel prices seem to sky-rocket during the Jazz Festival so the cost was a lot for what we got but tis the season.

Good location on the lakeside and next to a tram stop.
Rooms were incredibly hot and stuffy - a fan was provided but it did nothing to help. Very difficult to sleep as the temperatures in the room became pretty uncomfortable. We understand the weather was very warm but the windows did not open sufficiently to let air in and the fan wasn’t much use.
Overall room was quite shabby. The bathroom surfaces were clean but shower curtain has seen much better days, as has the toilet.
