der Name passt genau zum Hotel ("kleiner Charme"), gutes Frühstück, Dachterasse

Norby gave us a wonderful welcome and was very helpful with any questions we had

Lovely buffet breakfast good choice & fresh

Just the decor in the bar was dated & quite dark as they had orange screens on all the windows with very little natural light

Great friendly and comfortable hotel with view of Matterhorn from rooftop

Good position .. great breakfast … small but comfortable rooms… friendly staff .. we didn’t have a view as on the first floor but rooftop was amazing… Sure lift is small but at least it had one only difficulty was finding it as not a huge sign but we were greeted in the street by receptionist

enjoyed the stay and would recommend this to anyone.

the property was in a prime location and with breakfast provided.

2 separate beds and mattresses were not that comfortable to sleep in the night. if this would be sorted the stay is excellent.

Superb

Nice comfortable hotel. Rooms were a bit smaller but pretty well equipped. Breakfast was excellent!!! Staffs were fantastic!!! Norbi in particular provided us all the help and made us enjoy the two complimentary drinks to the fullest. A special thanks for the excellent hospitality. A view of Matterhorn from the terrace at 7 am was fascinating!!!

The staff are nice and informative. Provided all the information necessary to enjoy a day in Zermatt. They even recommend what could be done within the short window we have.

location, decent rooms with good amenities

our room had stinking smell from a piece of cheese lying outside our window which seems to have been missed by the cleaning staff. once informed, reception staff were very apologetic and helped as much as they could in the late hours.

Zermatt itself is worth a visit. The inn however was a bit disappointing.

View was good from the rooftop.

Constant bad smell coming from the bathroom. Bedroom was very small. Bed was too soft.

Check hot water in your room upon check in

Friendly check in, nice breakfast, very clean and comfortable bed. Easy 10 minute walk to train station. Appreciated storing luggage on check out day.

Major construction project door next door (not an issue if you are an early riser to go hike in the morning). Our shower configuration was very poorly designed and water cold in the morning.

Great location and value stay in Zermatt

Great location in heart of Zermatt with views of the Matterhorn from the rooftop terrace. Room quite small but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Good breakfast in the morning included in price.

Good location, wonderful breakfast!

Wonderful variety of foods at the breakfast bar! Nice location and the elevator was very fun! We enjoyed the rooftop sitting area.

Just be aware, for whatever reason neither the hotel nor booking.com will provide a proper invoice/receipt for the stay. And neither of them is willing to help to find a solution, just pointing to the other party respectively and not trying to find a solution. If no invoice is needed, fine, but if you need one...
