Taj Usha Kiran Palace, Gwalior

WOW! Just wow! From the moment we arrived at the Taj, we felt incredibly welcomed and well cared for by Sonali and her team. The arrival experience was wonderful, and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made it feel truly special. We were delighted by the little surprises and treats brought to our room, including delicious baked goods, which added such a personal and memorable touch. The staff were exceptional - in particular Sonali, Nidhi, Kaustubh, Anay and Sagar. Everyone we encountered was attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly, always making us feel looked after without ever being intrusive. The dining experience was equally wonderful, with excellent service and absolutely delicious food. Sagar made us some delicious cocktails and is a real master at making them! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a pleasure to return to after each day. The hotel itself is simply stunning and incredibly picturesque. Every detail, from the setting to the interiors and the service, felt special. The spa was incredible and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind - Nidhi went above and beyond to help sort this for us. Overall, this was an exceptional stay. The combination of beautiful surroundings, wonderful hospitality, thoughtful surprises, excellent dining, and an incredible spa made our experience truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and genuinely welcoming stay.

The setting, the pool, the room

Room was just a little dark.

It is a very nice historical property. It has lot to see and lot to learn from. The office staff and kitchen staff were exceptional kind and customer oriented.

There is nothing I can say that I did not like.

Heritage value

Bags were unloaded at the gate for screening in my absence (it’s designed like that) why should I trust any one with this ? Any one can be set up /sabotaged
