The staff provided clear, detailed instructions for my late-night check-out, making the departure process smooth and hassle-free.
The bed curtain was not hooked properly to the frame, leaving gaps. You might want to bring an extra cover or towel if you need full privacy.

The location is actually next to the tram station. They provide the basel public transport ticket which is amazing. All the recommendations they gave me were absolutely amazing. I did not know you can swim in the river, also they provided a dry bag for me with no charge! I stayed in a mixed dormitory room, but you have like sheets you can hang onto the top bed and make your own little space. The beds were also very comfortable. I really recommend!

My family and I loved the location and the decoration inside. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We had not originally booked breakfast but were able to get it in the morning. It was really tasty and a great price. The beds were comfortable and the showers nice enough. Everything was very clean. A great stay!
It was really hot at night and rather noisy with the window open. My room had no fan and heated up to a very hot temperature. The other room we had did have a fan but they found it ineffective.

Good facilities staff and location
missing so many basic things. Some of the bunk bed has no charging plug. Bed very dusty and made my allergy trigger. No ventilation apart from window but this made a lot of noise of crowds and shouting enter our dorms.. pillow was so small
