Lovely happy staff, good location, and reasonably priced
Very good black out blinds
TV in room didn’t have access to all channels, and no USB-C ports in the walls to charge phone.

Room was on the smaill side, but clean well laid out and adequate for our needs. Hotel provided us with a free travel card for buses and trams within Basel, which was a god send.
Maybe a bigger place to eat cooked food, but this was obtainable in the hotel next door.
