Lovely clean room and bedding with comfy beds and pillows. Prompt attendance providing extra pillows.
Wonderful breakfast with a vast, good quality selection of foods and hot and cold drinks (including a juicing machine with various fresh fruits) available for several hours in the morning.
Simple but well equipped and organised gym for cardio and weights etc... An excellent spa with good quality jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna - only available for private bookings making it a very relaxing and peaceful experience indeed.
Internal outdoor courtyard with comfy sofas and pretty potted flowers and plants, also meant one could relax in a sunny environment in the fresh air without having to leave the accommodation.
Fantastic find in a prime location. Short distance from the airport and easy to explore special attractions all around... in three countries!
Really recommend a stay here if you're looking for good service, comfort and relaxation in a great location.
The room we stayed in had no door separating the toilet/washing area we had from the bedroom area, just a big open walk through, so not much privacy hence the rating of 8.
If we return, we will check it's definitely a proper en-suite room before booking.

Nothing about the property.
Staff needs to be able to explain things better. Like the bus rides, they say one thing about the price then you get on the bus to come back to the hotel and it’s totally different .
Food prices were outrageous. I did not like the breakfast buffet at all. It was very poor. Nothing to really select no hot foods you had it.
