Room was fine, comfy, good bathroom, nice cotton sheets (helped in the hot weather), air conditioning was helpful. Location was quite easy walking distance from the main railway station in Milan, which is what we needed.
Breakfast was a little bit lacking in freshness and choice and pleasant seating area, compared to the 3 star hotel we had just stayed in, in Naples.
View was of the air conditioning area, but that was okay, as we had booked a more reasonably priced room.

Everything was fine except for a receptionist who was working the evening shift. He wasn’t welcoming when we arrived, didn’t provide any information regarding facilities, and on other occasions when he was at reception, he had no smile, no welcome. The other staff were friendly, with no complaints at all.

Location, room and air conditionner
Too expensive for an almost inexisting hospitality.
The reception staff was not welcoming : first we arrive and the guy asks us our passports, no politeness, no hospitality, just our passports, like we should give it to him no question asked.
Then he proceeds to give us the card for the room but precises that if we want to go outside we should give him back the card because they had "problems" in the pasts.
We wanted to leave early the day after because we had a train to take but the reception asks us at the last moment to pay the taxes, cancel the transaction that ensured the booking and pay the night again.
