The hotel is superb - very convenient and only about five minutes from the highway, which makes it an excellent choice for an overnight stop during a long journey. The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful, and I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious. I really enjoyed both the food and the service.
As I had to leave very early in the morning, I asked whether it would be possible to have breakfast to go instead of the regular hotel breakfast. The staff kindly prepared a takeaway package for me, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed when I opened it later. The only item that could really be considered substantial food was a banana, along with some water. There was no sandwich, yogurt, pastry or anything else that could serve as a proper breakfast. Considering that breakfast was included and that I had a long drive ahead of me, I had expected a simple but reasonably substantial takeaway meal. Even a sandwich and yogurt would have made a big difference. This was the only disappointing part of an otherwise very pleasant stay, as the location was excellent, the staff were lovely, and the dinner at the restaurant was really good.

ants on floor, noticed the next day, they were everywhere in our luggage and bedroom.
