Superb

Astonishing views. Were were here in May and happy to be back. Most certainly good value for money.

Some areas bit dated. Nothing much to complain about.

Pleasant

We loved friendly and helpful staff, hotel was actually cozy looking. Warm food tasted good and were many options always.

We didnt enjoy russian party every night at sunset bar. If we would like, we would have traveled to russia. As tourists, there should have been atleast english music or even preferred local music. Like we are in Turkey??? Hotel room was renovated quite poorly. It means, do your work and just be clean when you do it. (Paint splashes etc.) Restaurant drinks table (machines and cabinet doors) werent clean even at breakfast. Pool mattresses were very dirty.

Was nice, but could have been better

The room was comfortable, big bed, AC and a balcony. Was very clever that there are towel dryers on the balcony. Also the all-inclusive part was nice.

Even though I said the all-inclusive stay is nice, there were limited food choices for people in special diets. Also no drinks or snacks available during the night. The stuff doesn’t speak English. Only one of the receptionist had decent one, everyone else only spoke one word. One of the other receptionist had no clue about airport drop-off, when we tried to arrange it, he tried to trick us. Also everything worked with salt water - the pool, the faucet and shower in the bathroom. The facilities would be nice but nothing is maintained.

The view from the sunset bar was beautiful and apart from the lack of gluten free options they had a large selection on the breakfast and lunch buffet

The staff were quite rude,I was told there would be gluten free options and there weren't. I booked a room with a balcony but it was a Julienne so I couldn't use it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The neighbours snoring kept me up and yet they complained when I had music on although it was at a low volume. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel facilities are outdated,worn,rusty and unclean. It was quite disappointing but luckily the weather,view and location made it doable.

It was a friendly hotel, good value for money. The spa was good.

The facilities are a bit dated and could do with upgrading. Lots of the restaurant facilities did not work well such as coffee machine etc.

The view was amazing, but we wouldn‘t recommend the hotel

Beautiful view in the sunsetbar and from the balcony of the room. The room was also quite big.

The staff was unpolite and unmotivated. Also, the bathroom was in bad condition, for example there was rust at the door and the ceiling was flaking off. We got the impression, that the whole hotel needed renovations, because the infrastructure in general seemed like it.

We left after 1 night, the receptionist promised to refund 2nd night, so far nothing happened.

They put us 2 adult men in 1 double bed, no wifi, bad AC, bad food, no blankets

Not recommended

There are 3 swimming pools and the all inclusive includes beers. Different activities to do there.

The room is quite destroyed. The hotel needs a restauration asap.

Good value for all-inclusive resort stay

Great value for money, hotel with big room, four pools, great food selection at breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Nice views over Bitez bay and beach. Friendly staff.

Bathroom is very outdated, water in the bathroom is basically just salt water. Wifi in the rooms can be a struggle - for a 4-star hotel they really need to sort this.

Nice location and amazing food

the buffet is amazing, they offer different type of food for every meal (this is perfect for vegetarians). the hotel is 10 mins away walk from the beach and in a really nice area

the cleaner gave us new towels every day but the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, the soap dispenser broke and when we addressed the issue to the reception staff it hasn’t been fixed. the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere expect at the reception or at the restaurant.

The hotel is very affordable and having very nice sightseeing, 4 pools and very lovely location. Absolutely, great value for its money. The staff is great! Reception people - they recognized me from last the year and gave me very lovely room with patio! Also want to emphasize the new bar team, always smiling and making great cocktails!!! Will come again for sure!:)

Very generous staff, nice various meals, a lot of privacy thanks to many bungalos and different entries, and it’s quiet during nights, so it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Resort premium calm location overlooking the beach and mountains

Everything else. Unfriendly staff, they barely speak English. Definitely not a 4 star, maybe it was rated 4 stars by 1980’s standards but in today’s world this is a bad 3 star at best.
