Every thing was amazing. The staff welcoming, helping trying to support you. They were very kind and Mr. Murat was very gentleman and did a lot of help and trip arrangements and was available 24 hours

Amazing boutique apartments stay!

It was a lovely surprise, their staff, apartment decor, location was super convenient for us everywhere is accessible by taxi. Good restaurant and food. They had massage services also on request - very glad we stayed here!

They didn’t have any kitchen utensils - not a negative point on them, but just for info if you’re expecting that.

Nothing but amazing

I loved the apartment, it was spacious and modern. The staff was so help and friendly - we did not like our first apartment as it was so far from the pool/reception. We were kindly given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was big and right next to the restaurant. The restaurant had lovely food and drinks. We also were able to order food to our room which was great! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The best vacation ever

The staff was so friendly, Dilek hanim, Veysel and others who do not know the name. Everyone was so kind, helpful. Hotel is new and super comfortable Breakfast was good, restaurant was very delicious and affordable comparing the prices in Bodrum. The pool and pool area was very nice and comfortable.

staff, location. When we requested for room service they were very fast.

hair dryer/ iron and iron stand were not there. We had to request for Iron and Iron stand. Breakfast was not good and restaurant waiters were a bit rude. They were also not fulfilling orders fast. had to be requested 3-4 times like juices.

Excellent welcome to the hotel by the staff at the main gate and reception. The staff carried the bags to the room and stored inside and brought me my key well taken a nice cold drink at the pool bar. Staff at the bar very friendly and welcoming food and drinks overall 4.8 from 5. Short walk to the beach from the hotel the main marina short 10 minute taxi ride away less than 200 local (less than 10$). Overall a wondaful stay and would love to head back all be it next time for a vacation and not for work but was till very relaxing. Also staff speak several langue's so very easy to communicate.

Very hard to stay that I did not like something when the stay overall was very good actually was presently surprised overall with the amount of travelling I do and places i have stayed this has to be on point with some of the best when you take the hole package in to consideration location value food drinks comfort extra.

The property was so beautiful. It was clear that it was new (maybe 2 years old). It’s better than the pictures! It had everything we needed (like a 5 star hotel). There was a nearby beach that we walked to. There was also a horse riding activity that we found nearby on google maps and made a reservation for. Overall, it was good!

The rooms were smaller than anticipated but it was no problem.

The best relaxing place with your own little apartment in Bodrum

Very clean, very modern, staff are very very friendly and everyone is always there to assist and help. It will always be our bodrum destination. Rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. We just love it! We were there with our dog, they were soo nice to get us his water and food plates. Thank you for everyone in Helis Suites

Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff! Delicious breakfast! Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms! There is music playing on the grounds.

English speakers!! Staff were so welcoming and friendly,I met countless new people in Bodrum during my 5 day holiday and I still have to say they were the most welcoming and unforgettable people,cleaned our room perfectly everyday,whole atmospheres just incredible. Thank you honestly

Super resort & lovely staff

Lovely resort and staff very helpful and friendly. Helped us order dinner when we arrived very late. Hotel and facilities are superb value for money, would recommend.

The lighting on the street could do with some improvement, very dark walking back at night & we were required to use torch on our phone.

Everything was beyond perfect it exceeded my expectations, from the studio apartment to the food, top notch clean and not forgetting the staff professionalism, kindness and understanding. It was the perfect getaway for me and my little cat, who had a great time as much as I did. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself

The staff is really pleasant! Perfect service. Also the price of accomodation is great. You won't get better value for this price in any other hotel in Bodrum. Also the hotel agreed to upgrade our room for free. Now we got a room far from a construction and can sleep even during daytime :)

Food was too oily. Please don't use so much oil, it's not healthy! There is a construction close to the hotel. You should notify guests that some rooms are not really comfortable. One morning there was no hot water.

Wonderful, we will be back!

Helis Suites were luxurious and well equipped. Our favorite thing about the hotel though was the staff! They were so helpful and kind! Particularly Sibel who booked us places a lovely bars/restaurants and a boat tour!

- Beautiful hotel, the restaurant and pool area were particularly aesthetically pleasing. - Everything is new and in good condition - The staff although not the best with English speaking were very helpful, polite and charming. - Great air conditioning - The restaurant serves some of the best food in Bitez - Reception helpful with booking taxis, restaurants and recommending places to visit - We felt very well looked after all week - Rooms cleaned daily - No reserving of sun beds :) - Really nice music quietly played around the pool - Lovely shower in the room

- Wardrobe had no doors in the bedroom - Only 2 mugs and 2 cups in the rooms - Phone rang randomly at 2am and 3am one morning - Only 1 free breakfast choice which consists of a lot of cheese and bread, not everyone wants this every morning! I put weight on in a week… - Have to pay for a different breakfast even if it’s cheaper than the free one? - I found it hard to communicate any issues which resulted in a wrong breakfast one morning.
