Very friendly and helpful staff.
It was in a great location for the San Siro, which is the reason I was there ( within a 20-30 minute walk, depending on your pace).
It was also very easy to get to the centre or attractions, as metro( five minutes walk away) took you straight to Duomo and from there you could get to Milano centrale).
The room and bathroom had everything you needed for a short stay, only issue with a longer stay would be lack of cooking facilities, however plenty of food places and supermarket nearby)
The only thing I was disappointed with during my stay was the breakfast as it lacked choices , but it still done a job.

Mainly the location as i wanted to be closer to Stadio San Siro for a concert for a relatively affordable price
As many commenters also say “ you get what you pay for”. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either.
The only problem was the cover sheets - they had some weird stains bit thankfully it is summer Abe didn’t use them. The ac didn’t work. They had a fan there but the outlets where limited. In the whole room there was only one outlet in a good place. The other were either broken or put up too high
