The only hotel in Liverpool with more than enough parking. And you could still get to any part of the city in no time. Staffs were friendly and food was good

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very overworked. The bed was comfy.
Only 1 bath towel, no bathmat, toilet roll ran out, coffee and milks ran out . Breakfast on the first morning was cold and bacon was hard. The second two days improved. The poor staff were doing multiple jobs. The maintenance man checked us out. Dinner was not great no steak pie so was served chicken and leek not a problem but it came with beef gravy in a jug which would have been okay with steak pie but not chicken /leek in white sauce.
