The room was very nice.
No one answered the phone number displayed. Check in was difficult and staff opened the room door without knocking.

It’s a very beautiful old castle with a blooming garden. I like it better than staying at the center of Stockholm. Way more spacious and relaxing. Recommended!
Wifi is quite poor. Room details need some extra attention. Overall, no complaints.

Liked the place, the ambience of the castle and grounds, breakfast and comfort. you don't stay in the castle, the rooms are in other buildings.
The building we stayed at was less fancy than the other buildings. Rooms were ok but hallway and location less nice.

Great location set in a fantastic, historic castle environment. Because of the stunning surroundings, my expectations were naturally quite high.
Hesselby Castle provided a mixed experience. The room was nice and modern, though it lacked a bit of the traditional castle charm and warmth. However, the dining experience was a significant disappointment. The menu offered only three main courses, and the kitchen had already run out of several ingredients. Coupled with an overly casual service style, the meal fell far short of what you would expect from a castle dinner.
