Location was perfect, close walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport and the big arena.
Reception staff was very friendly and nice, and there was always someone at the reception ready to assist within the opening hours.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, the kitchinette came in handy on saving some money and eating in when possible.
Tv had a good selection of channels
Considering the guests are asked to wash their own dishes, it would be nice if housekeeping checked if the dishes are actually clean. All dishes we tried to use had either food marks on them or were sticky or oily, so we ended up using paper plates.
Overall floor cleaning could also be better, as the floor right by the sink and fridge was sticky with something and it was not nice to walk on and discover that.
The terrace on the 9th floor was closed when we tried to go around 5pm, and we saw no opening hours for it anywhere.
Breakfast was okay, but the rye bread and buns a bit stale.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for a two-night stay for two people. It is conveniently located close to Strawberry Arena and just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was unusually high, which I found uncomfortable. I also felt that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, as there was hair on one of the towels when we arrived.
Having to take our own garbage to the trash room was inconvenient, especially since the trash room was full and not well maintained.

It was clean and the apartment had everything we needed. There was a co-op nearby for groceries and the area felt safe.
No air con.
