The staff was always very friendly, polite and helpful. The security guard was also very helpful when I got injured. The room was cleaned everday eventhough I didn't ask. The staff overall, are great!

Het is een knus, sfeervol boutiquehotel, circa 30 minuten lopen van de Old City. Een goed a la carte ontbijt en prima zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en schoon!

We stayed one night close to the train station as we had an early morning train to catch the next day. A bit out from the centre of CM, but a pleasant hotel and appreciated the vegan restaurant!

The swimming pool was nice, hours are restricted to 8 pm, there is parking on site for a bike or a rental car.
The location was really disappointing. Yes, there are some shops around, but not really the kind of shops or amenities a tourist would need. The hotel feels quite isolated, so you’ll either need a car or be prepared to pay for transportation every time you want to go somewhere.
The smoking area was extremely small and inconveniently far away. My room was also very noisy at night because there was a business behind the hotel that closed late and opened early, so getting a good night’s sleep was difficult.
I also really disliked the fake flowers placed in the trees—it made the whole place feel artificial rather than charming. The food at the hotel is vegetarian only, which is something guests should be aware of. Coffee in the morning was basically nonexistent, and if you want a proper coffee, you have to wait until the nearby coffee shops open around 9 a.m.
Unfortunately, I disliked this hotel from the moment I arrived, and my experience didn’t improve during my stay. I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again
