Though I came to Chiang Mai for an academic conference, I chose Goya Hotel over big-star hotels for its budget-friendly comfort, location for food and market, etc.
Good things about the hotel are that it is managed by sweet, kind-hearted women, and the hotel feels warm, safe, and welcoming, especially for solo women travellers like me. It’s clean and well-maintained, and my belongings felt safe.
I loved relaxing in the reception lobby, watching the street life. The Night Bazaar, food stalls, and airport are conveniently accessible.
Affordable, safe, clean, and homely—highly recommended for solo women travelers and youngsters. The open ventilation of the top-floor rooms is good, but we have to consider the lack of a lift.

No lift, no ventilation, no kettle in the room.

La ubicación sobre todo porque puedes ir andando al centro. Puedes alquilar una moto en el propio hotel
Nuestra habitación no tenía ventana y tenía un par de manchas en la habitación
