Great place! I’m a backpacker, so usually I’m staying in hostels, but I was sick & needed my own space to recover. This hotel was affordable for my budget, and provided me with a comfortable, spacious room to rest for 4 nights. They also came by daily to provide me fresh towels & water bottles. The staff were super kind as well! Once I felt better, I wandered around the Night Bazaar (which is a 2 minute walk away) & nearby restaurants/stores. Super close to anything! I really enjoyed my stay here :)
My TV didnt work :( I didn’t realize it until my last day there because I mainly used my iPad, but it was no big deal. Maybe the remote batteries were just dead?

Good location and a room with a view. The bed was comfortable with clean new sheets. They have a large selection of tv channels in different languages and there is a farmers market near by on Friday's, 5am til early afternoon.
I could not get the water heater to work in the shower. The cool water was not unbearable, although I prefer hot showers it limited my time.

Очень просторный, чистый и комфортный номер. Нам очень понравилось все, кроме подушек, которые было очень очень жесткими и не удобными.
В отеле нет завтраков и кофе, но зато прекрасное расположение. Мы довольны проживанием.
Подушки. Очень рекомендую заменить! Плохие и не удобные

Big and clean fridge, more water than usual provided, good-quality toilet paper, spacious lobby to use available.
Many small restaurants around, close to Wararot market, close to night life.
Masjid was not disturbing us, just count with a loud music till midnight.
It's an old hotel, old room, old furniture. If you take care of it, no problem. But unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was bad, especially a bathroom. Other people's hair on the shelf, on the wash basin, on the floor, not very clean toilet, dust and mess around the walls. Disgusting.
Uncomfortable bed for me (hard, used and could feel mattress springs at one time).
No steps towards more ecology behavior taken. They changed towels everyday even if I told them not to do it. They also throwed away almost a new hand soap etc.
Ants in the room, but it is almost everywhere in Chiang Mai.
