Great location for the night bazaar, get food place next door. And a 7/11 opposite. Large rooms. Slightly dated but everything I needed for my chiang mai, the cleaner and staff where very helpful and a credit to the hotel
Buffet was very basic. - not that I didn’t like it. But could have been better choice.

The location was really good and the size of our rooms
The hotel is very old and really needs to be renovated. The room was very dusty. I believe they only did the bed, eventhough the cleaners were really nice. The air conditioning was really loud and every morning at 4 there was a metallic noise in the hallway. At 5 the rooster started to sing but that’s not their fault. But I slept really bad the 3 nights I was there. The toilet is so old. The bathtub dripped water from the side. And there is no shower so you have to climb in the bathtub. I gave it a 5 only because it has potential and for the position.
