Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable as I could feel the springs and everything inside them making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
There was no ham or cheese during breakfast, just plain toast with butter.
Furthermore, there was no receptionist available especially at check-out, which was very inconvenient.
To make matters worse, almost a week has passed since my stay and the £50.00 deposit collected upon check-in has still not been refunded to my account.
