The staff were very helpful. The location was rural but close to town. It was lovely setting. The restaurant was excellent.

The room is very nice, clean and well organized. The place is really close to Lake Thun (15 min walk), so we managed to go there every day for a swim. Special shout out to the breakfast, I was very impressed by the variety and how good everything tasted. Definitely my favourite part of the stay.
Also very close to bus stops, so going into the city was easy. Make sure to ask for the guest card, so you can ride the city bus for free.
The back of the room has a table, chairs and a lounger, so it was great to relax outside the room as well.
The room is pretty warm, so most of the time the fan had to be on - luckily it didn't make much noise.
Unfortunately they charge full price for the spa on your last day (because you checked out).

Location was good and peaceful
You can hear everything through walls including neighbour snoring all Night. No coffee or tea supplies for first eve unless I paid 1.50 sf per tea bag but sugar was free. No mention of milk. The picture on booking.com is misleading it shows a chalet which is not one of the rooms. This chalet can be booked at a higher cost as we considered moving when we got into the room on arrival. The rooms are in just a wooden block. For the same money we found other hotels which looked far nicer. As we wanted a base to get in and out of Interlaken we decided to stay but would not recommend
