Really close to the central station, very friendly staff, super comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We had the business room with sauna and both the room and the bathroom were huge! Very good breakfast with a wide selection of food.
The aircon couldn’t go below 23 degrees so it got a bit stuffy at night. The rooms are a bit dated and small details show that they should be refreshed. The hot tub in the bathroom leaked when we used it and the shower looked pretty old.

Convenient and central location, the front desk staff were really helpful and breakfast was good.
We booked a room without window for our one-night stay - which was absolutely fine (guaranteed darkness)!

Excellent breakfast (food variety and location), actually the best breakfast ever.
The place is just 1 min from Stockolm Central Station, right across the street, no need to transfer to/from, lots of time/money saved.

Good shower;
Good location, just metres from the train station;
Very good breakfast.
The reception is rundown, awful decoration;
The corridors looked awful, they need an urgent painting;
My bedroom has no window and was a bit hot, you can't regulate the temperature at all in the room. It must be very warm during summer;
Quite expensive room for what you get;
My train to Stockholm was cancelled so I arrived one day later. The hotel didn't refund me despite making a request with one day in advance.
