Breakfast, location and gym!
No in-room amenities (mini bar, bottle of water, toiletry kit...) and the size of the room

It is a beautiful hotel with very modern decor. But what was exceptional was the reception staff, they could not have been kinder and more helpful.
The lighting in the bedrooms could be brighter and a larger mirror on the desk to do hair.

The location, staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a lot of choices
feels and functions like a budget hotel, but not priced that way..Room was very small although we had the best category (King Superior). Heating takes 2 hours and also does not really work then
