Really good breakfast.
The address for this hotel is incorrect on booking.com. We added a 1.2km walk with luggage because of this. We were double charged and it took a week for them to refund. We had to request twice before our room was cleaned on the third day of our stay. The staff seemed indifferent to our problems. This is our first (and only) stay in a Scandic group hotel. On the basis of our experience we will never book a Scandic hotel again.
