Good for a short stay two nights max, but anymore you might want to find a place with more amenities.

Good location to the train station and close to the old town. The breakfast was also good, and it was clean when we arrived.

The gym was practically non existent, the garbage cans were too small for any recycling or garbage. The place was pretty basic, no bar fridge or clean ing unless you asked for it. Good for about a two night stay, but any more you might want to find a place with more amenities.

Very good option for business stay in stockholm

Nice hotel, very good gym and excellent location (for travellers, and business)

The room was very small, and had no window. For me it wasn't a big deal, but for others it may be.

Friday night

This is a fairly new or newly renovated hotel in a great location. Common areas and rooms are modern. The breakfast has everything you can imagine.

It seems the seating at breakfast is too small for this hotel.

A great place to stay in beautiful Stockholm

Great location, around 15 minutes walk from Gamla Stan (old town), opposite the central train station and right in the middle of the main shopping area. The hotel design is modern and the rooms are spacious. The hotel has a heated late bar on the 8th floor with amazing views over the city. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

A nice hotel close to everything which I would consider to book again

The location, right next to the central station and in walkable distance of the city centre.

Room was on the smaller side but we didn't mind

Busy business style hotel with a great location and view

Great location, early check-in, bathtub, view across the city

Noise from the skybar kept us awake on the 10th floor until 1 am on Sat, breakfast was very crowded at peak time

Not recommended, it is not comfortable

Only the location is good

The rooms are small and not comfortable at all , many steel columns are existing inside the room , no cupboards, it is noisy because the train station is under the hotel , we stayed 3 nights but they didn’t clean the room Although I have asked them to clean the room , the breakfast is poor ,the money value isn’t really worth.

Very good

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was great! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a little pricey. I had made the mistake of adjusting the room type making it a lot more expensive and a lot more than I would have paid.

Excellent location, fresh room and good breakfast buffet.

Traffic jam in the elevator and breakfast area. Parking is tricky after midnight. I had booked for a parking place in the hotel's garage but I wasnt told that the garage is locked after midnight. So, the first night I had to park on the street essentially doubling my parking costs. I figured out how to access the garage after midnight for my second night, but I would have appreciated to be informed at the desk at check in.

Breakfast was beyond amazing! The guy in the morning (3am) on 14th June…he was wonderful and helpful! Please share our thanks and regards. Tack så mycket

convenient but not up to par.

Located across from the central train station, so very convenient. shops and department stores nearby. There was good breakfast , included.

My original room had a stuck door., so I switched rooms. The rooms were dated and drab, no usb ports and older furniture. No minibar, and you had to request for the room to be cleaned the night before. I also don’t need posters hung in my room bragging about the hotel’s sustainability. For the price, I expected a more modern hotel.

Centrally located - perfect for the solo traveler!

This was a perfect place for me to stay because I only had one evening/morning in Stockholm. It was very easy to find, and I loved the room because of the incredible view (I stayed on the 11th floor). I had originally booked a room without a window, which was very affordable, but for not very much money, I upgraded to a room with a view. So glad I did! The breakfast is included, and it was an incredible buffet with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. I walked from the hotel to Fotografiska, and it was just a half hour walk, which was highly pleasant.

Brief visit to Stockholm

Superb location, city centre, across the street from Central Station, we even had a room with the view. Breakfast was amazing, lovely staff in the restaurant and everything was neat and clean. If we are to go back to Stockholm, which I hope will happen soon, we would choose the same hotel, no doubt!

I stay in a lot of hotels professionally so when I go on holiday I look for good standard minimum. this was one of the more comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. and it’s in a really good location

only thing missing was somewhere to put drinks to keep cool

A couple visiting Stockholm

This hotel situated in a central location and close to public transportation. The room was clean and well equipped but a little bit small. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and selection. The staff was helpful and kind.

Very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay at Scandic again.

Good variety for breakfast. Location close to train station, easy walk to the Old Town. The Capital bar upstairs is the perfect place for drinks & light meal. Staff very friendly. Restaurants close by.

I ordered a wake-up call at the reception but unfortunately it was not carried out. This is unacceptable especially when you have a flight in the morning hours. This mady my stay good, not very good.

Exceptional

Sophie on reception deserves a special mention. the initial room wasn’t appropriate for us, and she managed to work her magic and organise a room that was more suitable. Very swift resolution, and done with a smile, very good customer service from all the staff but especially Sophie.
